Service location address for distance calculation and scheduling.
Order details (selected package, add-ons, totals).
Payment-related metadata processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers).

To process bookings and payments.
To contact you about scheduling and deliver the photo PDF report.
To improve service quality and prevent fraud/abuse.

3. Photos and Reports

Reports may contain vehicle photos and visual observations. These are created for the customer who placed the order. We do not sell personal data. We may store records for operational, legal, and dispute-resolution purposes.

4. Processors / Sharing

We use service providers as needed to operate the site, including: Stripe (payments), Google Maps / Places (address distance), hosting/email providers, and (if enabled) Google OAuth for login. We share information only as needed to provide the service, or if required by law.

The website may use cookies or local storage to keep your selections (package/add-ons) and improve user experience.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission/storage is 100% secure.
