1. Nature of our services

AutoCheckView provides on-site photo documentation and visual observations of accessible/observable vehicle areas at the time of the visit for informational purposes only. This is not a state inspection, mechanical diagnosis, safety inspection, appraisal, or buy/don’t-buy recommendation.

• No repairs, adjustments, or disassembly
• No lift (ground-level underbody photos only)
• No guarantee that every defect is visible or photographed
• Access depends on seller permission and safe conditions

2. No warranty of future condition

The report reflects observable condition only at the time and place of the visit. We do not guarantee future reliability, safety, or that the vehicle will pass any state or dealer inspection.

3. OBD-II / VIN history add-ons

If ordered, OBD-II is a code readout only (not a diagnosis). VIN history PDFs are informational when provided and are not interpreted as a purchase recommendation.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by U.S. and North Carolina law, total liability of AutoCheckView for claims related to a documentation visit is limited to the amount paid for that visit. We are not liable for repair costs, purchase decisions, lost profits, or consequential damages.
