No. We do not give buy/don’t buy recommendations, appraisals, or mechanical diagnoses. You get visual evidence; the purchase decision stays yours. That is the intentional difference from full PPI services.

Timing depends on appointment availability, seller access, and weather. After the on-site visit, your photo PDF is prepared and delivered through your client portal. Most documentation visits are completed on the scheduled appointment day when the vehicle is available and accessible. We cannot guarantee a specific clock time — plan accordingly if you are holding a deposit or booking travel.

We document only observable and accessible areas. We do not raise the car on a lift. If conditions are unsafe or the seller restricts access, coverage may be limited and noted in the report.

Usually no. Auction environments often block thorough photo access (engine bay time, underbody, etc.). Our service is designed for private sellers and dealerships where a proper on-site visit is allowed.
